AIIB Teams CODE OF CONDUCT

International Team Members are expected to:

Always adhere to the Laws of the Game and at all times have acceptable standards of behaviour both on and off the green.

Always respect any decisions taken by Team Manager and Selectors and never participate in any public criticism including on social media of such decisions.

Attend all set practice/coaching sessions, and if unable to attend notify the Team Manager in person of reasons for non-attendance.

Always set the highest standards at every practice and give consideration beforehand to match preparation.

The Team Manager must be notified of any existing or incurred injury.

Any instructions given when travelling in relation to alcohol consumption and restrictions on leaving or returning to hotel, must be adhered to at all times.

Comply with the dress code advised by the Team Manager or Honorary Secretary.
Never as a player bring your Sport or Country into disrepute.

AT ALL TIMES PLAYERS AND OFFICIALS ARE AMBASSADORS FOR THEIR COUNTRY

Any breaches of the Code of Conduct will be addressed by the Team Manager and Officials. This may result in dismissal from the Team and further action as directed by the Association of Irish Indoor Bowls.
